Hired for a newly created position as the interval bars manager at the Grand Théâtre de Provence, I constantly sought to expand the scope of my role. I worked cross-functionally with all departments, continually enhancing my skills until I progressed to the position of Director of Restaurant and Bar Operations. This journey represented a consistent ascent in terms of services provided and the demands regarding customer satisfaction.
